Freshly formed static Astra is aiming to tackle Midas Savage!

We are a group of people who have decided to band together and start up our own raiding static, with as goal to progress through Alexander Midas in a timely manner, while enjoying the thrill of overcoming any difficulties on the way together.

Schedule wise, we will be raiding biweekly from 8.30pm ST to 11.30pm ST; our raid days will eventually be decided upon by what works best for everyone. We are leaning towards either Wednesday + Saturday or Friday + Saturday so far.

For any potential members: feel free to chat me or Enik Zuo up in-game if you find us online.

To help you make your decision, here are a few pointers on what we expect from our members:

1. Our focus will lie mainly on progression. This has a few consequences:

   1. Skillful performance is to be expected from everyone, at all times. We do aim to clear Midas Savage, so being able to handle your class and role at a passable level is a must.
   2. Punctuality and raid availability are very important.
   3. Be motivated!
   4. Be able to accept (constructive) criticism, and be willing to improve if needed.
   5. Needs of the group come before needs of the individual.

2. We will have a chat with everyone willing to join, with the applicants that interest us the most then being required to run a trial period of maximum two weeks. After this period, established members will cast a vote, with the applicant being accepted if all members vote affirmative. In addition, if multiple applicants would be trialed at the same time, we shall choose the one we feel will fit our team the most.
3. Capability to join voice chat (TS3) is required, though it is not mandatory to talk during raids. Being able to listen in for chat and/or callouts is fine.
4. Raid discussion (schedule, strategy …) outside of the game will be held through the LINE app.
5. Lastly, a good sense of humour and an enjoyable personality are definite bonuses! After all, getting those clears in a fun raid environment makes them all the more sweet.

As you can see, most of this is standard fare. Of course, the members make the static, so if you feel confident in your abilities and would be interested to trial for us, we hope to hear more from you soon!
