    Action Bar Problems

Since the patch, my husband and I have the problem where when we press a button on the action bar, it fails to work. We have no adverse effects on such as amnesia, bind, petrification, etc., and the timer is well past the recast time. This is causing needless deaths as Second Wind, cures, etc. do not go off in time.

I use a keyboard and my husband uses an Xbox controller.

    Platform: Windows 7
    ISP: Frontier
    Type of Internet Connection: Fios
Internet Connection Speed: 5 mpbs upload/19 mpbs download
Date & Time: All the time
    Frequency: All the time
Character Name: Hunnybunny Hari and Shadowdog Hari
    Race: Dunefolk Lalafell
    World: Rabanastre
    Class/Skill Rank: ARC/50
    Physical Level: 50
    Area and Coordinates: everywhere
    Party or Solo: Both
    NPC Name:
    Monster Name:
    In-Game Time: All the time

    Steps:

    1. Timer is up or action hasn't even been used yet, I press a button.
    2. No adverse effects to prevent using an ability.
    3. Nothing happens.
    4. Keep mashing button.
    5. Eventually goes off or I die because it never worked.

    Extremely irritating.
