Class imbalance exists, but is much overblown by bads who pick high-skill melee classes then wonder why they can't furiously roll their face over their keyboard in a horizontal direction and do well. Better balance patches will occur when the level cap is raised in a few months, but I don't find the game too bad as it is.

tl;dr, it's good for a lark and free to try, so give it a go. If you don't like it, all you waste is your time, whereas with this game you're out $12 lol.
what game do you find more casual blade or ffxiv? because in blade yeah you have dailies but it takes more time to do than ffxiv i think (im not 60 yet) it takes me like 3-4 hours to complete all blades dailies without alt

I guess the simplest way to describe it is....the hardest content in BNS is not as hard as the hardest content in FFXIV. On the other hand, the easiest content in BNS is way harder than the easiest content in FFXIV. If you're a midcore player, you should be able to clear everything in BNS with enough gear and practice, though I'll never recommend pugging.

If you're using "casual" as a reference to time spent rather than player skill, then BNS is way more grindy/hardcore than FFXIV. Boatloads more. The content is pretty ACCESSIBLE, but as you mentioned with the dailies, very time-consuming. I like the combat enough where I don't mind spamming the same two raid zones for money and upgrades, but the combat can only carry the game so far. We'll see what the level cap raise in a month or two brings.
