Focus healers as usual but not only the healers,
Make sure to keep an eye to the medals stacks your player and your enemies, you can see how much medals you have or enemies have:
check the little red circle in your buff bar ,each stack is medal you get in the map when someone is killed. You can see if enemies have some medal when you focus the buff bar also.
Tank should get the medals, it's obvious tank is harder to kill, get too much medals stack is risky if you get killed you loose all medals . i Suggested when tank is already stacked a lot to use the tank stance and don't feed enemies, stay near yours healers.
The medals can be see as a comeback mechanics when you got dominated you should focus someone with medals or it will be hard to get back in the score.
Healers be carefull also, it's better to keep someone with a lot of medals stack alive, make the good choice.
Mark enemies healer with 1 and 2, mark enemies medal stacked with 3 and 4.
