Most still would, albeit only once or twice if there were literally no rewards (Esos and etc). People attempt Savage for the challenge.
If I didn't get tomes from dungeons or gear from Midas, I wouldn't run them either. What kind of argument is that? Rewards are there to keep you paying a subscription fee and to keep you working towards something, obviously that in turn keeps the content alive. Tell me, how many people still run the CT raids? I guess that means we should do away with 24 man raids altogether. How many people did Second Coil Savage again? If you want to really see who considers pvp a fun and engaging part of the game if you was to take away the rewards and much better created outfits you would see the true amount of people who would enjoy the erroneously misdirected development time. The majority of people who pvp do so solely for the carrot on a stick. Option for weekly cap and superior looking armor and a nice little floating air ship mount to boot of course it will be popular for those items.
I didn't want to be that guy who pointed you out as a whiner that certain content has something you want. Is it the minion, mount , or glamours. Ehhh, I guess our pvp linkshell is special then. Even after we got all the rewards we could from FLs we still did frontlines for the fun. We'd go on skype and have a ball. "DAYM THAT GUY GOT OOOOWNED" "Watch this, Imma LB this astro! DAYM they dead!" being the greatest source of fun :PIf you want to really see who considers pvp a fun and engaging part of the game if you was to take away the rewards and much better created outfits you would see the true amount of people who would enjoy the erroneously misdirected development time. At the very least the Feast will see more activity then Lords of Verminion.
mfw roleplayers complain about content designed for a comparably small demographic
-_-

Please don't assume you speak on behalf of other players when it concerns what they're interested in. I'm sure those are the reasons why you're drawn to the game, but don't generalize.
We have no idea how resource consuming this kind of content is, or even if the people involved with designing the PvP systems would be doing much of anything else if they weren't working on them.

I don't really PvP, and I don't really care about PvP. However some people do, and more power to them. If they get some fun out of new game modes for PvP content, that's just fine with me. It doesn't add anything to my experience, but neither does it subtract from it. I dabbled in PvP a while back with the release of Frontlines but haven't gone back to it since. It's an unbalanced mess of a system which favours DPS classes and screws over everyone else (healers especially), but clearly some people enjoy that.
Let them have their toys, and we'll play with our own.

You want less pvp focus...in favor of Hildibrand?
