Duty Roulette: Leveling

I loooooove getting trials cus 90% of the time in my experience it's easy peasy experience.

The only time getting a leveling dungeon is beneficial is when you queue specifically for the highest dungeon available to your level. Otherwise trial gives the same amount if not better than the dungeon. You do roulettes for the bonus. If you got sastasha at level 38 the exp you get would be abysmal, so you want to do it as quickly as possible to get the roulette bonus which gives far more exp.
