yeah that list aw man i was going to craft some food i guess ill just wait till they add it.

It's just a "we're looking at this, we'd like to have it" list. There's still a huge amount of things in similar lists from the 2.0 Beta & before. Don't ever expect/rely upon them being implemented, just be pleased if they are.
