FFxiv Queue's needs improvement!

1 - Apparently there are limited instances, as in a lot of parties are waiting for others to finish their dungeon or raid, so new teams can join, this is why there can be a wait time if you queue up as 2 tanks 2 healers and 1 dps. for like any turns and so on - While this might be a problem, this wasn't exactly what I wanted to address.

2 - I don't exactly know how to explain this, so I'll type it this way. When we commence for duty finder. 3/3 tanks 6/6 healers. 14/15 dps - 1 member has failed to commence, everyone returns to queue - And then there is a risk that the group you just "queued" up with insta gets queue to another group - and then you can wait there 5-10 extra mins, for find new healers / tanks.

Either. Reserve the group so people who fail to join can immidiatly join again with a new "Missing" players. or allow everyone to join the duty - so the last remaining missing player can auto join on his/her own.

Yea I notice some problems that you said in number 2. Also I find that some times for no reason you get changed to a different group sometimes for no reasons at all.

Maybe that dps was in a premade party, forfeiting all the party's queue. If furthermore, the dps was the leader of this party, then the party would not be able to queue immediately (assuming the dps leader is afk).
It is pretty hard to know what happens without all the data :-/.

I would have to agree with you here and i find it very annoying. Sometimes in Queue (average wait times 10mins) for an hr and that exact thing in #2 that you mention happens.
I just end up logging off and playing something else :/

can be. but not always, i doubt the system is picture perfect to only one solution.

i'm pretty sure the queue has incorrect parts to it
