    when a concealed node pops during a favor do i need to gather the cluster?

    or can i just get the void/mat and try to pop another concealed node?

    Yes, you can get just the mat(s). You'll be able to refresh the node even if it is not depleted.

    wow there is no point in having the elmental cluster there then why dont they remove it

    I actually prefer to harvest it. it makes finding the other nodes easier since i have not yet memorized their spawn points.
