Pretty good stuff. Just a few things.

In section FC Housing:

while a personal house can have a stable and a garden, it's only up to the owner to take care of them

This directly contradicts the next section, which says that tenants can garden.

You need to have at least one class at level 50 and be of First Lieutenant or higher rank in your GC to be able to buy a house.

This requirement is only for a personal house. An FC house needs a rank 6 FC as a requirement.

Small plots go for around ~5,000,000 Gil while mediums go for ~25 mil and larges for ~55 mil. Prices depend on the current server economy, the location of the plot and how long the it's been on the market

I would recommend using more accurate prices:

Also, I would advise either you not include the part about buying/selling with other players, or put a heavily emphasized warning that it may result in actions taken against your account.
