Samurai & Red Mage cross skills

This added with the heavy hinting at the Rising event where Yoshi-P directly name dropped Samurai and two of the devs were arguing over which comes first, Red or Blue.

I already regretted missing the Rising Event, now I am even more. Guess the question I have no is whether that means its either Red OR Blue, or if it just means which one they want to work on first and both are (presumbably) coming in 4.0 alongside SAM.
