on Behemoth atm and well it's very populated yes but its so boring and a lot of people here carry a serious attitude. Our MB is decent and raidings alright I guess, the only fun people I meet are in raids with people from other servers (You may have seen me in Labyrinth of Ancients quite a few times the last few days THOSE SABATONS!) Overall my server is no fun and I have been looking to transfer to a more fun server sorry Behemoth :\

As far as replica stuff goes, it's glamour gear, which is always expensive. The other stuff (toadskin) may be priced that high, but is it selling that high? Also a lot of the 220 stuff has dropped dramtically since the initial rush is over. Now people will start spending on the glamour gear, and then that will drop.

HA Replicas for Brd are still 4 million and since it's glamour and has zero practical use the cost shouldn't even be that high, it's only perk is the dye change. Everyone should already have a HA or Dreadwyrm set or pieces of it given how hard the turns were farmed for Anima. And nothing Toadskin should be going for nearly 40k but sadly it is, part of me thinks that the market on Jenova is locked down by a very few players since you never really see things drop dramatically, even the mog weapons for some classes are still pushing 20 million.

What part of my post did you not understand there? Glamour stuff is always expensive, and just because someone posts something low level like toadskin for 40K doesn't mean it will sell for that. If you cannot understand these basic concepts, you are going to have a hard time with crafting to make gil.

As pointed out by someone above, things like levequest items can cost a lot more, simply so people can power level if they have the gil.

Replica stuff you have to run coils for drops and be at least a 2* crafter, it's brand new, and it's glamour, it will be expensive, look at the cost of the mats maybe. The simple fact that it does nothing stat wise means it can be more expensive since it is a luxury. Also people aready having the HA original gear has absolutly nothing to do with why the price should be low, and if anything more to do with why it is high. People save the pieces they really like, now they can get thise to dye! Of course it will be more.

I had 20 million and dropped 6 million on HQ 60 gear that wasn't job gear, one piece of job gear was the same price as the whole set I bought. That isn't friendly at all.

I even seen low level HQ mats go for 10k+ this was around level 20ish and even some HQ battle/craft gear was going for 40k+. I'm looking at it as a whole, it's really bad when current 220 gear is going for 3 million and HA Replicas are going for 4 million, a HQ ilv 38 Toadskin Jacket going for 36K but a HQ ilv 43 Vintage Chefs Apron is 14k . These are examples of why our market is unfriendly.

Demand factors into price. The Vintage Chef's Apron probably isn't a levequest turn in, the Toadskin Jacket very well may be. Some people dump piles of gil on fast leveling crafters via leve turn ins.

As for Phoenix, pretty much any and every crafter gives free melds. I haven't found one that would charge for it yet.
Replica allagan gear (and even the 220 crafted stuff) is going for 1.5~ mil, 2.5~ mil at the most (nq).

Most people I've met have been friendly. It's rare that I can't engage in conversation with someone idling, so that's always nice!
