Totem exchange for Primal EX mounts.

My progress so far (I still don't have any mounts :/)

Bismarck Ex - 163 totems - 6 whistles seen
Ravana Ex - 51 totems - 2 whistles seen

My RNG is seriously %^*& up!

I will never* be running these instances ever again once I have the mounts *unless SE make them part of the relic grind...

Anyone else I know farming these has gotten them by their 20-30th run..

I like the totem exchange idea, but 99 is too low for a rare mount I think. Maybe 2 stacks? or we just wait till drop rate is increased.

Update: 21 Ravana cards, all weapons, 201 hive tokens. 8 birds dropped, still don't have it.

I thought Patch 3.21 already adjusted the drop rates for the mounts or am I wrong?

I like the idea of the exchange, its very casual-friendly, because it helps casual players & hard core to get the mounts over time. Personally I hate farming mounts for hours, while I work my way bit by bit getting my Tank mounts without doing All-Tank farms and stick to original way (currently by running Alexander Gordian/Midas for both Warrior and Darkknight).

When I clear an 8 player fight, I am sure I got 1/200 way to my tank-mount. I would like to see that in the extreme primal fights too.

I might be wrong but i think drop rates for birds improve based on the time of day your farming. I farmed rav and Bismarck in the morning and seen back to back drops, while in the evening I'll be lucky to see one drop. Just a theory, might just be a coincidence.

This isn't pokemon where the time of day changes the encounter rate... I'm pretty positive that SE wouldn't add something into the game like.....that, for just a mount, and just because it's morning for you doesn't mean it's morning for everyone else in your party. Remember that people from all over the world play on servers that aren't in their country (Like I'm in the US but I play on an EU server)

We clearly need something to spend totems on.
Primals are one of the things I rather enjoy doing, and I would like to see a Primal token shop where they can keep updating what you can buy in it.

Mounts would be the most expensive, but they could add housing items like Primal action figures or 'Ifrits Horn' as a wall mount and Moogle beanbags, Mini Bismarck in a fishtank, Clothing like Shivas Boots, Ramuhs Robe or Beard, Titans ...loincloth?

I think it would be nice^^
