    Which region do you like?

And why? I'm curious on people's opinions on the 3 regions and why they like them. Of course ignoring the fact some people could only get a house in said area cause everywhere else was full.

Personally I riviera's areas are beautiful with the docks and beaches. For me this is hard to beat. I can understand why many would like glade however, for those who enjoy forests. For those who like oasis though, I'm very interested to know why there.

Well I chose to live in the Mist because BEACH and I have no real beach near me
But I really enjoy the green of Lavender Beds...however

I really like the Goblet. It's so pretty.... the architecture is amazing and interesting. I was really torn between Goblet and Mist.

My Favorite is Goblet, I love the middle eastern feel it has, and its dancing cat girls everywhere lol.
My second is Lavender, is always nice to be surrounded by forest.
While Mists is cute and has a beach, I think is too white for my taste.

I like the Goblet most, because:

    Desert/sahara/oasis areas.
Good building/fence styles, especially the one with Roman-like pillars.
Feels the safest of all locations, being a plateau in the middle of a large canyon with only a few bridge areas linking it to the mainland.
Ul'dah is the best (imo) city, and a Thanalan has my favorite zones... plus Immortal Flames are the best.

And lastly, Goblet layout and area pieces are great, like the seating area at The Endless Draught, or Raubahn's Salute, the little tunnel spot and the West seating area next to the marketboard... and c'mon, the Brimming Heart is great.

Lavender Beds, Plot 11 - this was home before we changed servers. Loved the seclusion, fishing the river and sunsets over the river view, awesome.

The Goblet. Usually I'm more partial to forest-y areas, but the lighting in the Lavender Beds makes my eyes hurt and I find it quite ugly. Mist is nice, and I like the ocean front, but the smaller houses feel very cramped together. With the Goblet, while I agree it could use a bit more colour and greenery - I understand it's the desert, but I wish the outside of the houses had more colourful variations at least - I think the layout and design are 10x better than the other areas, and it's lovely at night. It feels far more spacious too.

The Goblet. I love the architecture and the layout. And some of the greenery and water it has are really nice touches, I just wish there was more of them. And yeah, it's great at night.

I don't like Lavender Beds mostly because some of the nicer houses have one major problem or another with them that I don't like about them. But I also feel as if a lot of it feels fake. I would have liked a more natural looking forest area. Though there is one house I do like, but it's a medium instead of a large. Darn!

    And Mist... eh.

I like LB the most because it has beautiful glowing plants everywhere and a foresty feeling. Beach side view in Mist looks great but it reminds me of the smell of sea, yuck. Goblet looks barren and the style is.... blocky. I find the LB housing exteriors and interiors the best looking.

Uhhh that's a hard one. I think they're all nice in their own unique way. When I bought my house I wanted to buy plot 41 in Lavender Beds. Sunset over the lake between the mountains, do I need to say more? Of course someone else was faster buying the last of those. While I liked LB a lot with it's calm atmosphere most of the plots just don't have a nice view I think. I gave Goblet and Mist a try. Goblet has nice architecture with the flat roof and the columns inside but I keep getting lost in the streets. Lack of orientation skills? Maybe! Big downside for my taste. By now I own plot 36 in Mist and couldn't be happier. I've always been a beach person anyways and I like how bright and holiday-ish everything appears there. The view on the sunset is just as awesome and the streets are so clearly set that I don't get lost haha.
