It's pretty much the same as 2.0, but with three minor differences:
The open is quite different thanks to Form Shift.
GL had its duration increased from 12 to 14 seconds, and Demolish was increased from 18 to 21 seconds. These two changes lend more credence to using Fracture, TP-permitting.
If you just stick to the old 2.0 rotation though you'll be fine.
If someone wins an argument, they have learned nothing.
