Why not have Royal Authority be an AoE/AoE DoT w/Enmity generation? The move already has you spinning when using it (Kind of like a jumping Link Spin Slash.)

Also I would like something done with Shield Swipe. There should be some action/thing that happens to reset the Cool Down of the Ability... We have Sheltron that is on a 30s Cool Down that lasts 10s guaranteed to block and Bulwark on a 180s Cool Down that lasts 15s increases block chance by 60%. Yet Shield Swipe is on a 30 Second Cool Down that can only be used after blocking... We have 25s of potential blocking, but after that first block it is 24s of just mildly reduced damage (20% I think) and only 1 Shield Swipe. Just seems like a wasted ability.

Maybe reset the ability on Parry or Dodge even... Something to get more utility out of Shield Swipe.
