Are you using a disc copy of the game or the downloaded version from PSN? IIRC, you if you have the physical copy you'll need a physical version of the expansion. I could also be incorrect on that as I play PC :þ

Definitely not true. I bought the Digital ARR for PS3, got the free upgrade to PS4, then Purchased the Physical Heavensward for PS4. No problems anywhere.
