Bloodletter and Rain of Death Cooldown Timer Resets Instantly In Aurum Vale

Steps:
1. I qeued into the dungeon Aurum Vale and as we began fighting the monsters in the first room just outside of the first boss room.
2. We fought the monsters and as I began to used Rain of Death, I noticed that the cooldown timer had reset earlier than 15 seconds and much of the time it reset instantly. At first I thought this was due to a party member's buff or lag.
3. I was able to use Rain of Death three times in a row but upon looking closer, I had noticed that the only buffs I had were Protect and Straight Shot I believe. Then I realized, while making our way towards the boss, the cooldown timer for Bloodletter and Rain of Death continued to behave strangely by instantly resetting, which would allow me to use both skills without waiting.
4. I tried not to use these skills and after the first boss, the Locksmith, left the dungeon as I realized the cooldown timer was still not working.
5. I did not want to exploit a potential bug, so I then decided to make this post.

I apologize if any of this information is incorrect or insufficient however I thought I should still try to report it to prevent any kind of abuse. If anyone is reading this, thank you for your time and patience. I also apologize if I posted this in an incorrect format, this is the first time I have posted here on the Final Fantasy XIV forums.

You should read your traits.

The level 48 ARC/BRD trait, River of Blood, resets Bloodletter and Rain of Death's cooldown whenever the ticks from your Windbite or Venomous Bite crit

You got a trait at lvl 48 called "River of Blood": Grants a 50% chance that damage over time inflicted by Venomous Bite or Windbite will reset the Bloodletter recast timer.
It is just a bug if the resets happen without the DoTs.

Ohhh I see sorry! I forgot to read that when i leveled! Thanks for letting me know How do i get rid of this thread?

I envy you if you proc'ed it so often you thought it was a bug
