NPC's take way too long to load

As the title says. Before the patch they lagged behind a second or two at most which is not really that bad, however now its more like 1-2 minutes. This makes shopping in the wards damn near unbearable and simple questing more a chore than fun.

Any ideas on how to fix it or what the heck is wrong? its like I have been transported back to when the game first came out..

You do not really give much information, the only thing we can see from what you are posting is that your graphics card is below the Minimum System Requirements.

What are the specs of the rest of your system, and especially, what hard disk and network connection do you have?

Not very tech savy so bear with me.

The HD its running off of is an 250gig Solid State HD
    4 gigs of ram
CPU is an Intel core 2 Quad Q6660 2.4 ghz

As for the video card, I have really no idea whats up with it being below minimum specs, its a 4 gig card which is what i was told would be more than enough to run the game. as i said before not computer savy.

    Thanks!

PS also running off a DSL 1.5 meg connection. Before it was 7 meg and still having issues.

I noticed this yesterday after i updated to 1.19a, i was doing a few quests running between towns on airships. Everytime i arrived at the airport either by the airship or elevator NPCs were taking over 30 seconds to load.

I have been having the same thing since returning a few days ago, they used to load a bit faster, maybe 20-30 seconds which I was ok with because I know my laptop isn't really high end, but it was capable of running. Now it takes about 2 minutes and makes questing a complete chore.
