A handful of crystals and a few dungeons? Yeah, just build a new one if you want your glowy glamour. Compared to most relic grinds, the first two stages of Anima are cake.

Otherwise, as was said, don't expect to see replicas until the entire Anima relic line is complete, which will likely be around Patch 3.55.

That's if 3.55 is the end. We don't know how long the 3.X story will progress. It could very well go into 3.7 or 3.8 if SE wants it to. :P
