Racing Chocobo Help

So i accidentally retired my racing chocobo too early so Im trying to find out where to get a new one. Can anyone help?

Check the chocobo ranch area in central shroud(bentbranch i think?). Im 95% sure they sell new adoption forms for starter chocobos. As you advance to higher rated birds keep the breeding paperwork you get as you retire them(level 40!). That way, if you accidently retire say a grade 4 bird, you can just re-breed your retired grade 3 to get a new one and not have to start from scratch.
