Error 90002

This has been happening to me for 3 days now. Not a single hiccup in any other program using the internet. The in-game chat works fine but nothing happens for a minute or two after logging in and its back to the title screen after that.

edit: The Character login screen is saying my connection is "poor". This while speedtesting 109mb in and 15 out.

since 3.2.. been getting huge d'cs.. and other problems every hour .. or sometimes every 3 hours, now instead of one d'c its double d'cs, wtf is up nothing has changed on my side.

I'm having the same issue only on the PS4 for the last two days now. I can play fine on the PC, but the PS4 kicks me almost instantly. This can't be an ISP thing if I can play it on the PC.
