What do you feel the next top-priority item on the team's agenda?

Without a doubt, the top priority is what we mentioned before: the player search and the improved market search. We're getting that in to 1.20. Beyond that, the next thing would be revamping the UI.

That looks to me like the new UI is coming post 1.20 at some point.

1.21 perhaps? because the delivery system is done by years end according to the timeline.. " maybe when they port us to the 2.0 client in April..." I'm leaning toward 1.22 ( April's Patch)

I'v been telling my friends the UI is getting fixed every patch for the last 10 months. It's always been in the patch notes as "continued adjustments to the UI". So I'm not sure 1.20 is going to be anything new.

i think its more like AFTER 1.20 (then 1.21 is jobs....) so probably more like 1.22+ if they revamp the UI. I'd like to know a little more details about it. What does that mean realy. Is the UI going to allow add ons before 2.0? How can they redo it before they redo the servers, I thought half the problem was with the way the servers worked.

I wouldn't read too much into this, I get the feeling he means the UI will get a revision prior to 2.0 but I doubt we will see a complete UI re-haul until after 2.0, he has said several times the servers can't handle what he wants to do with the UI.

We're not being ported to new servers early next year...

Our information is being transferred, but the game will still be live on our current servers until 2.0 release. It's quite clear from all the notes they released.

Did you read what he said?

They are focus Priorities, one step at a time.. They are getting PC search and the AH Functions in 1.20..

So what makes you think this is any different with another patch 1.21~ 1.23 one of those patches its going to drop

They're pretty devoted to gradually overhauling the UI piece by piece while the game is still running pre 2.0, which is nice for those of us who are staying.

I doubt it'll be the complete, customisable 2.0 UI, but it'll be incrementally better than what we have now.

Because he has said in other interviews that the servers are stopping him from designing the UI how he wants.

As teakwood suggested, they will probably solve small issues with each patch, but I doubt we will see fast, drag and drop PC style UI until we get on the new servers.
