Minkeep's overalls missing

I was queued to enter the Diadem with my Blackmage. Whilst i was waiting to enter through the Duty finder in foundation i went to gather collectible cuprite in the hinterlands with my miner. The duty finder tried to queue me into the diadem whilst i was gathering the cuprite. i tried to switch to my black mage and as i did i was sent straight to the playstation 4 home screen. there was no error message for this.

when i tried to re-log into the game, i was greeted with a message on my character saying "Character config data is corrupt. please exit the game and delete character config data".

I did this and i was able to re-enter the game. When the reset for red scrips happened on thursday the following week (3rd of march) i attempted to gather the new nodes smithsonite. This was when i realised my stats for it on miner was short because the minkeep's overalls i had purchased was completely missing from my inventory! I havent got rid of them by discarding them and i want to know whats happened to them! please help!

Ive tried to search through my inventory several different ways but the dont come up in my inventory anywhere! I've already used my one time only exchange and im very worried that square will not be able to fix my problem.
