Remove "Playguide"?

How I see it is that the option is in the list of other pop-up infos and therefor not hidden. It is in the right place.

However I, an experienced player (I'm almost at the 2 year mark and have over 3k hours clocked up on this game on Steam), thought "Oh, there's no way to remove it" until I saw the post highlighting that you could. Now if I, an experienced player, thought it couldn't be removed, how many new players are gonna be confused by it?

I really don't get why they opted to have it on every log in by default. Why can't it just appear once for the newbies?
