I don't have the addon and I don't want to be decked out in like 10 minutes.

Then be ready to fight for hate, as your hate control is heavily reliant on your gear. More so in earlier levels, but you're beyond that point.

But I doubt you're going to be "decked out" even in 10 minutes when you get the add on.
