    That slashing down debuff needs to be spreaded more, currently there is only 2 jobs that can apply it and its also one of the reasons why WAR has always spot in raids. I dont care who gets it but it should be either DRK or PLD as it affects tanks most(and NiN), RA is pretty naked atm so maybe that could be one place to add it if DRK's dont like to have it on PS.
