Mmmm... DA+Reprisal as OT would be so tasty. Stronger than using that DA for a Souleater, but not near as good as using it for Carve. Which raises a slight issue in that, any OT DRK worth their salt would DA+Reprisal every time it's off cooldown, rather than using it at more optimal mitigation moments.
