I'm wondered.
I have two retainers "bank". Do I can still get more or I can't?

You can buy up to 6 extra retainers through the Mog station here: https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...est=mogstation
I'm afraid it's the only way as they don't offer more retainers in game. You just get the first two for free, any additional ones you will have to pay for.

But, Mog station removed link. I don't see where retainers in Mog.
Can you show me screenshot?
1. Log in to Mog Station.
2. Select "Your Account."
3. Select "Retainer Service."
4. Select "Manage Retainer Service."
What will happen if you don't do anything is you will be charged again for the retainers in your next billing cycle--it becomes a part of your subscription fee. As long as you're paying that additional subscription fee, you'll have access to the additional retainer. If you stop paying the additional subscription fee (and you can decide to stop any time against your next subscription cycle), you lose access to your extra retainers (the system figures it on the basis of "last hired, first fired"). Nothing is permanently lost, however, and if you resume paying the additional fee, the retainers will be available again and will still have everything you stored on them, as well as their venturing equipment and levels.
This is impossible to do unless you have three other players sign your petition to create an FC, as you cannot send FC petition requests to offline players (and you cannot send anything at all to an alt).
That being said, I would recommend paying the extra fee, mostly because you do not unlock all of your FC inventory space immediately upon creating it. You have to rank up to unlock most of the space, and that is virtually impossible to do alone. The only plus-side to going the FC route is that you can easily trade items between characters, which is really only useful if you're intending to level more than one.
WinterMaintenance is coming
But that's pretty easy to do. I made an FC with only 1 other player by just giving a /shout asking for a couple others to join us momentarily just long enough to get the petitions. If doing it by yourself, you'd need 3 other people rather than 2, and at least 1 of them would have to stick around a few minutes to invite each of your alts as you switch out between them, but that shouldn't be too much harder. I know a number of players have done it that way.
Well, ranking up is a lot slower to do alone, but you'll get there eventually. (I've done most of that ranking up alone since the friend I made the FC with didn't stick around long. I've reached rank 6 so far, but it took a long time.) In the meantime, you do get the first tab (50 slots) of the FC chest as soon as the FC is created. That's not a lot in the way of direct storage, but you'd be able to pass items around between your alts if you want your alts to store stuff for you, or if you're going to be playing all your alts and want to pass stuff to them. (For instance, I've only leveled crafting on one character, but use him to make gear for my alts as well.)
It's definitely a lot more convenient, though, to have extra retainers for storage rather than a storage alt, since the later would require a lot of logging out and back in again just to shuffle items around. Plus you can't directly check what's in your alt's inventory. (I do this in another game I play, but that game allows add-ons so I use an add-on for keeping track of which character has what items in stock. With no add-on support, that's not possible here.) And retainers can hold bound or untradeable items, while neither the FC chest nor an alt can.
Those are the reasons (even with a personal FC and a few alt characters) I store nearly everything with my retainers. (I have passed some festival items —sparklers and the like— to one of my alts to hold, and I had an alt hold all the assorted gardening seeds I gathered until I was able to get a house and garden. But I keep all my crafting mats with my main character so that "Search for Item" will work, and I keep all my extra or glamour gear with the character who earned it since so much of it is bound anyway.)
My understanding(havent done it personally) is that if you remove the retainer service from your account, then at the start of the next billing period you lose access to the extra retainer and anything stored on them. You later get these things back if you add them back to your subscription. Or so im told.
They work like your sub. The billing for retainers occurs at the same time as your sub. If you cancel it, for example, 7 days before your sub is up, you'll still have them for those 7 days until the next billing occurs. If you buy one 15 days into your month you only pay for the remaining 15 days and then pay the full $2 the next time you're billed for your sub (in other words you don't lose money by buying them partway into a month or whatever your billing cycle is). If you decide to cancel a retainer, it will stay there suspended along with any items and gil you have on it, so it won't be lost completely, you'll just have to pay for the extra retainer again to use it and get any items or gil you leave on them. Hope that makes sense ^_^' if it doesn't, let me know, and I'll try to explain it better.
