Can we the option to switch housing types?

Just wondering if this could ever be possible. I share a house with 4 of my friends and we were talking about making a FC for the airship. We had a deal with one of my friends FCs to help supply the items we need, but once they saw how much they could make off them they decided our original arrangement wasn't good enough. So we're in a bit of a predicament with us being split into different companies and two of them not having airships currently, so does one of us join a FC just for one thing or buy the items if they become available? Had airships not been exclusively devoted within FCs this wouldn't be much of an issue.

If we bought the items off the board at current server price it would run us 10,450,000 exactly or 2,612,000 each. I wouldn't think it would cost that much for a small house and one ship. Given we have a medium if we just had the option to switch our house to a FC house, we wouldn't be in this situation.
