Will SE compensate players for wrong Orchestrion roll coding?

It has come to light that when SE coded the orchestrion rolls for Syrcus Tower, they made a pretty big mistake.

If you use an "Out of the Labyrinth" roll, it does not give you "Out of the Labyrinth" but instead gives you the song "Now I Know the Truth". Likewise, if you use the roll for "Now I Know the Truth", you end up with "Out of the Labyrinth".

My friends and I went out of our way to farm 2 faded copies of "Out of the Labyrinth" for ourselves (awesome song) and got a very nasty shock to discover it didn't give us the right song (nether of us care much for "Now I Know the Truth") ... Meanwhile an FC member of mine, hearing me talk about "Out of the Labyrinth" looked it up and decided to splurge on himself and went and bought a pre-made orchestrion roll for NINE mil! He was livid that he paid that much for a song he doesn't like whatsoever

I can see in the accepted bugs section multiple reports of this occurring and yet it still has yet to be fixed/patched.

I therefore request that SE compensate those affected by this by mailing them a copy of the CORRECT song once this bug has finally been fixed. It would not be hard to know who to send it to (simply check the character data for those who have the song(s) ). If these rolls were quick to re-farm then I wouldn't have an issue but given that the queues for ST can be sketchy, and you cant undersize nor min IL the content for improved/faster chances), and no guarantee of the drop, this is why I am asking.
