Its not raid level accuracy thats needed, nor is it a raid mechanic that we are seeing in dungeons. Nor is it the case that healers missing in dps will wipe the party (a 17% miss chance is not going to wipe the party in the last boss of anti-tower).

However, gear needs token accuracy for healers.
