If you were working on Novus then nothing much has really changed. Only things of note: You get more light per dungeon run, treasure chests and FATEs, Zodiac items from the dungeons are a guaranteed drop and the items from Mor Dhona cost less Poetics now then they used to. That's pretty much all of it...

I wouldn't think you need much of a guide, as the quests tell you exactly what to do and get.

The light values and such should be right for the current patch. The list serves as a guide in tracking what you need to do, though it doesn't tell you details like what tasks give how much light and which to focus on (hint: grind Sastasha normal solo undersized when it's on bonus (https://www.reddit.com/live/tlfmtjl4fteo)) or that you can get Alexandrite from getting Gold in FATEs if you don't want to spend the 1,125 Poetics to do it through maps.

It does track things like bonus stats for hitting breakpoints in the Novus stage, how much of which grade of materia you need for the Novus stage, where the Zodiac and Animus stages overlap when doing a weapon beyond your first, etc. It also lists stuff like where each animus fate is located.
