GM's why is it so convoluted trying to help you out

I was attempting to report Lala bots maybe about 10 or so in Camp Bronze Lake during fate farming, they were hiding at X29,Y24. They were popping up so quick that I couldn't get all their names down, when so many bvdwtgxg ghfybvfy keep popping up it got to a point where I gave up and went about my farm. Why is it so hard to report things like this? I feel if we could just call a GM that's available to our location for obvious signs of things that break the ToS a lot of things would make their lives and our lives much easier. I know they can't be everywhere at once and they can't answer every claim, but there has to be a easier and more efficient way that we can help out with reports.

Depending on what category you report it under, you may or may not get a GM to respond to you individually.

All they have to do is hire someone to sit next to the zone lines between Old and New Gridania. They will see bots porting to and away all day long they can watch in action. You don't have to try to track them down in the world. They gotta get that ARC to get BLM so they will come to you.

Same for gathering, they can easily watch and catch them. I wish there was more priority towards this side of things.

There aren't a huge number of GM's, I don't think, so it's not going to be easy for them to trawl through the hundreds, possibly thousands, of requests they get from players regarding RMT or other infractions. Maybe they could stand to recruit a few more, but until then I think it's going to be tough to try and catch every group of bot farmers.

I've seen alot of RMT (just a guess but 99% sure) in Novice chatroom. Like 20 people with name of gsdhgsdg and all same level (THM) and in the same zone/dungeon for hours stright. But since its the novice room im afraid to just blindly kick them and have no "proof" they being RMTs.

Since that day i havn't been able to join the chat since its ALWAYS full.

It would really help if you could right-click to start a report which automatically populated the name, date and other detail fields to help with reporting entire swarms of the RMTs without fumbling around with a terrible interface which usually makes me give up halfway through (I'm on PS4). And even if I bother, the alert that my ticket has a response continues to pop up for an hour after I close it and drives me crazy. The entire report system seems overly difficult to use for anything but the most severe of problems, and as annoying as RMTs are they're S-E's problem rather than mine so I rarely put the effort in.

Its strategy to not instant react because most of the "seen" RMTs are just generic pawns made by tools.
Square Enix is targeting the players behind them!
First step is to watch and observe...
As long as those pawns dont harm the community just by "being there", there is no need to interact hasty.

Still its annoying to write the names down, there must be something faster and easier for players like a right click or something else...

u dont need to report by name , just say that a number of bots are in X zone at Y time , and thats it , SE has said time ago that they dont kill bots on the spot the prefer to follow the ants to the nest and burn it down , if u kill 200 ants , 2000 will come later , u burn the nest = no ants at all
