J-I pick this one more so because I would like to see variety not similar designs in different skins, PS i want a support class ie Dancer Q_ Q
C-I believe with a bit more fleshing out and some more effort that Diadem can be the kind of expansive environment allot of people are looking for in this game.
Z-Queue system! Imo this should be one of the main things being worked on for the over all future this system encompasses almost every form of content in the game and could be polished a bit better (looking at you Gold Saucer)

E- More Glamour

I - Improve combat system
W - Create new mechanics
Z - Other - create more compelling drops in older content / reasons to replay older content

For me these three because it would improve game longevity and interest.

Z: Official Add-on support, increased horizontal progression and interesting stats, traits and/or skill trees
A: more dungeons
U: more raids
