If you're going to specifically argue that 3.0, and not 3.05, 3.1..., had a lower barrier than the entirety of 2.x, then sure, what does that add to the conversation though?

If you want to go that route though, why don't we just go full on semantics and technicalities and say that 3.0 requires 1-50 for all crafts as well, thus literally by definition having a higher barrier to entry to craft end-game items, being a superset of the requirements for 2.x?
