I'm sure a monk would be fine. In fact Roe seems like the perfect monk.

There is a Linkshell full of us on Balmung. It's usually at capacity and we have to delete inactive Roes to make room for new ones.

We're both Roes, of the Sea Wolf variety. She's a Bard, I'm tank and healer.
White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
I plenty of male Roegadyn, not very many Roegadames, but they're out there, usually tanking your dungeons.
Here is my Roegadame alt http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...cter/10270752/
I LIKE the fence. I get 2 groups to laugh at then.
Roe here. Hellsguard and Monk and fashionably sound, save the dumb headgear I just got, but nothing a little glamour couldn't fix: http://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...acter/8161467/
I see a fair amount of male Roes, but agreeably female Roes are a rare breed, people forgoing them in favor of all the catgirls and cute lizard chicks and lolitafells. Or if that's not their thing, they'd more likely go as hyurs or elezen, so its kind of a very narrow field of interest.
