BRD LF Seph EX/Midas Savage Static

I am a i210 BRD who has cleared A3s and reached the last phase of A4s.
I am looking for a static who is MC/HC and planning/currently working on Seph EX/Midas Savage.
I am willing to transfer servers and am also willing to change classes.

1. Can we see a log of the numbers you do in fights? You mentioned you beat A3S but I don't see your numbers in fflogs or somesuch.
2. You haven't beaten SephEX so that is a big problem with us. How fast do you learn fights? How quick are you to understand mechanics and optimize your DPS to adjust to them?
3. Can you use mumble for VoIP?
4. Are you willing to purchase crafted gear in order to progress with the group? (Most of the group has full crafted or some crafted gear in order to be prepared to progress).

Hello we are casual and laid back static playing at cactuar seeking BRD/MCH with high DPS

we got the DPS to beat fights just we are kinda slow learners when it comes to mechanics

Currently we are at sephirot EX P3 moving to midas savage after we farm weapons

Slow learners are fine but knowing ur job in and out is needed to avoid enrage wipes

We raid at weekends only from 4 PM GMT - 8 PM GMT sat and sun

I have a MC 6/8 Static that needs a BRD/MCH and Tank we raid Mon & Thu from 8p -12A EST. WE use Teamspeak and 5/6 of us have SEPEX on farm and are looking for the final 2 pieces that fit our group to start on Midas savage this upcoming week. Though we raid short times all of our progress is recorded and reviewed to make us better players.
