Healer Enmity increase?

I feel like it did a bit too. As leveling char, I saw a lot more tanks lose ago to healers, which is probably cause new player-tanks read patch notes less and don't know they should or simply don't know how to, change str to vit

Well, this certainly explains why it was such a pain getting aggro on Brute Justice yesterday--one of the new healers would immediately cast Medica after the boss transformed, and continue to do so. Even if I Provoked and did a raw Steel Cyclone, I still couldn't get enmity until after they got double-punched in the face =/
