Healer Accuracy Issue

I just thought it was odd that it went from being able to land 95% of your spells in dungeons to surprise! Half your spells are missing and you're gonna keep on missing until you get the new gear and meld it with loads of accuracy lol

We went from an 95% hit rate to approximately 85% based on some of the numbers I've seen. While this is a notable dip it's hardly "I'm missing all the time" values and that it's only your perception that it feel the hit rate is lower than it is.

I have zero accuracy melds at the moment and the miss rage is nowhere near as high as some may claim it to be.
