Hall of the Novice Exercise 1 Rewards

Okay, so the first exercise gives out Brand New Half-gloves to mages, Brand-new Gloves to DPS DoWs and Novice Gauntlets to Tanks.

BUT if you do the exercises on another class after, it skips Exercise 1. So is it impossible to get the alternate Hands gear for the other types of classes? I checked the Calamity Salvager and there's nothing there.

There is a button that allows you to redo exercises you have completed. Have you tried using that to see if you get the item still?

Click on the "Display Completed Exercises" button in the bottom right corner of the window. It will show as complete on DPS and Healer if you did it on tank, but you can re-do it on either of those roles and obtain their respective reward.

I think for tanks, though, the gloves come for the second exercise (which is tank specific). The first tank one only gave a gil reward, IIRC. Some exercises (the first one at least) are the same for all classes, but can have different rewards. Some exercises are role specific. And some are class specific. (Though weirdly they'll always be labeled to sound role specific.)
