Labyrinth of the Ancients Questline unsynced?

Have they said whether they have plans to allow undersized/unsynced parties? This would help newer players trying to get clears. The addition of music isn't enough of an incentive to wait hours just to have a chance at seeing a sheet drop, never mind rolling adequately to get the music.

I'm just wondering if there was any word on making it doable with less than 24 ppl? (TBH, I'd even take a "Tower Roulette.")

If it helps, there's I believe a serverwide event every Sunday when people queue for these raids so many who need to unlock have short queue times.

I go just for the glamour and typically only wait at max 20 minutes but I've has the queue pop instantly as well. It's usually around 2-3 pm PST.
