Thread: Looking for PLD/DRK for 3.2. progression and beyond

We are looking to recruit a PLD/DRK for our progression on Alex Savage.

About us: We are a group of friends, who have been playing the game for over 2 years already. Even though we only assembled about 7 months ago. Currently on Cerberus.

What we care about:

Flexibility.
Be able to raid 4 to 5 days a week for progression. Make some time on the weekends.
Our raid time starts from 6 GMT to 9/10 GMT.
Sometimes an hour earlier or later, depending on everybody's working schedule.
No Raid logging, there is still much more we can do to grow as a Group and push us further.

Dedication

KNOW YOUR JOB.
Being able to anticipate the damage incoming and to react fast or adapt.
Be reliable in your Performance
Your DPS is very important, but not as much as surviving & performing mechanics or an overall gain in Raid deeps.

Teamplay

Respect the other Players.
We have a very good and open atmosphere in our Group and we want to maintain that;
We expect all of our members to constantly improve with each encounter.
Be open to criticism, if necessary, and don't be shy to speak up if something is weighting you down.
Voice communication is very important to us. TS3 is a Must.
Enjoy the game beyond Raids

If you are a warrior we can have a discussion, I am willing to change to DRK/PLD if you are exceptional.
