Why is it that whenever a new idea is posted on these forums people always start saying things like:

This game doesn't need X. Go play another MMO if you miss it so much.

Do you guys really want the already incredibly low population to become even lower? I was under the assumption that people here wanted the game to succeed? Isn't that why people are still playing and imputing new ideas?

That's why i call these people selfish. They don't care for the game's success but only for their own ambition. This is an example not saying it is only the FFXI fanboys, but some of these FFXI fanboys would rather see this game turned into what will please them and remind them of XI even if it means lowering any chances of it being successful or reaching SE's goals of making it mainstream and appeal to million of players around the world.
