Latency Issues

I'm in another server group but also in the Japanese data centre. No lag most of the time but I did have some big spikes in Seal Rock the other day which were strange and annoying. The other players (and my Internet connection overall) were fine so I'm guessing this is a routing issue; I'm not in Singapore but congestion there might explain the issues.

I have in the last 3 days had a few instances of intermittent lag/latency spikes and have twice been disconnected because of this. Once was during the evening (during chrysalis no less), but the other time was mid-morning (doing amalj'aa dailies) which wouldn't line up with heavy server traffic, unless chaos data center has alot of people like me that have too much time on their hands.

I have been getting some noticeable lag on Gilgamesh here and there and I'm in Phoenix.

IDK if anyone else has been experiencing that, I feel like Phoenix internet is just generally terrible.
