Selene auto-using abilities when not in combat

Party or solo: party of 8
In-game time: No idea, sorry
Area and coordinates: In Thordan EX, at the very entrance of the map

Steps:
1. Enter into Thordan, I use my summon macro to summon Selene. She gets summoned with the macro as follows:

/macroicon "Summon II"
/ac "Summon II" <me>
/wait 2
/pac "Sic"

2. Before the party engages, Selene will use her ability "Fey Wind" instantly and everytime the timer comes up, even when not engaged with Thordan.

3. Dismissing her ("Away") and resummoning her seems to fix the problem.

Notes:
- I have experienced this with Thordan Focus Targetted and also when I do not have him Focus Targetted.
- This does not seem to happen if Selene is summoned into "Obey" stance and then manually put into "Sic" stance.
- Eos does not seem to do this if she is summoned into "Sic" stance - only Selene.
- This has happened multiple times in Thordan EX, but only in Thordan EX. I have not noticed this problem in Duty Roulette, Void Ark, or Alexander: Gordian Savage.

I had this happen just today. As soon as I put her in sic she cast Fey Wind even though we weren't in combat. She's never done that before, Eos has always been the premature one. =3
