I came back prior to 3.2 after a hiatus. Remembered that housing could be forfeit if left alone, entered my house, adjusted some decor, assumed I was good. Two weeks later, my house disappears from my teleport list. I had even been inside the house the day prior. Checked my e-mail and found that I had warnings, but my multiple visits had done nothing, counter to instructions.
