HA play a healer then come back and tell us all how little dps get blamed in comparison, the only gripe i have with DPS is not avoiding AOEs and being lazy with rotations when max dps is needed.

As a Tank, the only problem I've had with DPS has been them running forward and getting a lead on hate before I can catch up... Or worse, targeting a different group of enemies while I'm pulling, ending up nearly causing a wipe...

The big thing I've noticed with the DPS/Tank/Healer dynamic is that Healers and Tanks get most of the commendations; the healer is almost guaranteed a commendation from the tank, and vice-versa, because they heavily rely on each other. The DPS's are incredibly important for getting through the dungeon, but it's not often they get the recognition they deserve, in my experience.

Likely because no one can tell if a DPS is doing decent or poorly without paying attention to them, it's not difficult to tell if a Healer or Tank is doing a great job, but with DPS it's not as simple. Sometimes you think "Wow, this dungeon went fast!" but then you do "the math" and see that it was the Tank's and Healer's DPS that made the run faster than usual.
