    It will depend on what will drop for me, also i cant answer yet since im still parsing hard to try to figure out between CRIT and DET.

    Ill be trying a 700ish DET gear by the end of the week, if it s consistantly better ill go DET then.

    Im thinking I want full DET, but I thought that the i230 chest for instance wasnt VIT capped so I was hoping someone knew here.

    Is there really people who spend materia on 230 ?!
    Pentameldind a 220 is ok

    But melding a 230 that might lose materia once it upgrade feel like a huge loss

    I can afford losing a few millions if it is better for raid progression. Doesnt matter really, i ve always done that way tbh.

    Someone explain to me like i'm five, is there a way to increase overmelding chance? Failed an overmeld 5 times in a row this morning (24% chance) but then again it's a risk/reward.

    I did exactly that and overmelded my ring 3 times! I also downranked the materia to make it a wee bit easier.

    No, there is no way to increase your percentage when overmelding.
