    Ilvl not calculated properly - possible bug? (Roundings NOT involved)

    I already know about roundings but this is not the point here since no roundings are involved.

    I just noticed a strange issue and wanted to know if you guys already experienced it:

    My gear is:

    2 hand weapon: 210
    Head: 210
    Chest: 220
    Hands: 210
    Belt: 210
    Legs: 210
    Feet: 210

    Neck: 220
    Earrings: 220
    Wrists: 210
    Ring: 230
    Ring: 220

    Then we have (210 + 210 + 220 + 210 + 210 + 210 + 210 + 220 + 220 + 210 + 230 + 220) = 2 580 exactly. 2 580 / 12 (DRK) gives 215. No 214.9 or such just 215.0000.

    But my character's menu still shows 214 (as well as my lodestone page).

    Surprisingly with that gear Ariyala also gives 214. What’s wrong with maths guys?

    This doesn't matter a lot of course but I wonder how is it possible that the system fails for this simple calculation. That's a bit curious because this should be reliable…

    I suspect that one of the new items (perhaps a Midan or crafted one?) is not registered for his true ilvl by the system.

    When i swap a 210 part for a 220 one it reaches 216 immediately (2590/12 = 215.83 though), it's like the 214 - 216 step is not managed well by the calculator (it shows 2580/12 = 214 instead of 215 and 2590/12 = 216 instead of 215 too, should need another 220 to hit an average of 216). Maybe maths have been plugged by Square (or Gobbies perhaps) for this very step.

    Any idea? Thanks a lot ! (I already know this is not important at all etc but well it’s still a bit odd)

    Weapons count for 2 slots, so you get 2790/13 not 2580/12.

    Yeah, 2 handed weapons count double for the ilevel calculations to make the numbers even with the 1handed + shield ilevels.

    I think something is still glitched with it because I removed gear till my ilevel was 188 so I wouldn't get Sephirot in the roulette but I got in anyway. Last I checked the ilevel req for that fight was 190
